  1. I live in MA, so our Michaels are closed today. What does that mean for the 30%off coupon? I need the items right away, so on line won't work (& they require a minimum purchase of 3 items on line). Will they honor the coupon Fri am? The 30%includes sale items. TIA

  2. Any insider info for a Justice BF ad? I have items in my cart right now (40% off + 20% off + free shipping (no min)). Wondering if I should wait or order.

  3. I've been looking at the Remington wet/dry lithium shaver (w/the rebate). I haven't been able to find it on the website except when I click on the link in my Gottadeal shopping list. It took me to it. When I did that at 6:45am, it was out of stock. Still can't find it on the website, though (without the link). Hope they have it in store. It's really alll I need from Kohls (I had a 30% off last week that saved me more on other items than the BF ad).

  4. I'm so bummed. I had a gel pillow in my cart but didn't check out quick enough and now it's out of stock. It's the 15.00 one which isn't in the ad. Now to figure out if I should waste time going in store on Fri to see if the on line price is the same. Hmmmm.

  5. Last year, I ordered a watch from them for DH. I didn't open the box right away. Once I did, I found the watch box was empty (no watch, just manual). It was 12/24, so nothing could be done. Took a lot to correct & a pain. Kmart blamed shipping company. Shipping company blamed anyone else (me, KMart, etc).

Learing point: open delivery boxes as soon as you get them & check everything..

  6. Here are my thoughts (not sure all assumptions are correct, but based on what I've "heard" & read):

    - I like the Kodak name better.

    - The Kodak has an optical zoom vs digital on the vivtar (optical is better picture quality)

    - Kodak has 12 megapixles vs 10

    - Kodak requires 2 AA (I think) vs 3 AAA batteries (not sure this is a big deal)

    - not sure the vivitar has video?

  7. Wow, they're having one much closer to my house too. Though it's being held in a hotel...I still may drive the extra miles for the one in the actual warehouse. Or maybe I'll go to both!!! ;)

Go to the warehouse. It's worth the trip vs the hotel fair!!

Also, they do not ask for ID. I've been going to these the past 4 years and have always gotten great deals. I'd go today if it wasn't freezing rain. Can't wait!!

  8. I can't remember if it was last year, or the year before, but target had the notebook for 3.98 and I got two copies. What a great movie!!! I always stock up on movies for the kids and family on BF. Target and TRU usually have really great deals on the one's I'm looking for. I'm not sure all we need this year, but here is a short list:

    Star War's Clone War

    Tinkerbell

Any of the Star War's (the last 3, the oldest ones)

    Kung Fu Panda

    Indianna Jones

While it's not "cheap", I just got the Clone Wars at BJs for $14.99 in MA. They have a $4 instant rebate. I have a feeling that will be the cheapest I find it, so I grabbed it. Now to hold the kids off until Xmas!!

  9. As many have said, it's very hit or miss/store by store. I live btwn 2 WMs. The first I called, the operator said they always PM. When pushed, she said she had to ask someone. Not sure whom she asked, but came back & told me no PM on BF. The 2nd store I called, I spoke to an Asst. Mgr. He said they'll PM on BF for exact items only & if I have the ad(s). Guess where I'm going! He was also interested in what I was interested in - LOL.
