Ticket handing out was the most botched thing I ever saw, Very unorganized and once u got in the store it was worse. Needless to say, they magically ran out of ALL laptops when I get up to the end of the line. If you wanted a bluetooth headset, they hid them by the cds. Who the hell would look by the cds. I am very upset and ticked off, more at how they handled the event then being mad because I didn't get what I wanted. If you were first in line, you could have potentially grabbed a ticket for every single item, which was unfair. SCREW BEST BUY and their shady practices
