  1. Creative is releasing both 4GB and 6GB versions of the Zen Micro in addition to these 5GB modles. The 4GB version is supposed to go for $199, so you get an extra gig with this deal.
  2. Yep, when the link is clicked it gets converted "on the fly".
  3. keep in mind that each deal will still have both the product image and the main title which will be linked to the actual deal on the retailer's site, just like they do now.
  4. As I continue working on GottaDeal v3, I have a usability question for everyone that uses the site: Assume every deal posted on the main site had a small logo for the retailer that deal was from. Where would you assume/prefer that clicking on that retailer logo graphic takes you to?
  5. I don't know if the EPP account will accept the coupon - you can try and find out. I doubt we'd get the commission going through EPP, but don't worry about that. :)
  6. Do you know of any other model names that this mattress goes by at other retailers? On many occasions each store has their own name for the same mattress which makes it harder to compare prices.
  7. These are some of the cheaper options: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0002UU4LS http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0000D17BF http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10382326 http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10391408 Which is the best option depends on what features you need (DVI, integrated speakers, color, etc...). Because it's so close to the beginning of the month, there might be new rebates offered on these or other monitors in the same price range. As for the better brands, those are going to be so close in price to the Dell that it might not be worth it all things considered, but I'll see what I can find.
  8. Well if you are going to get a 19", like you said you won't get better than the Dell, so I'll look for some 17" models. Gimme a few minutes
  9. lol. well either way, the range doesn't really matter for this item, since you will most likely using it a few feet from your phone at the max, and your phone probably has a small range itself.
  10. another link showing the opposite, lol http://www.palowireless.com/infotooth/knowbase/general/10.asp Class 1 100mW 20dBm 100m Class 2 2.5mW 4dBm 10m Class 3 1mW 0dBm 10cm and another: http://www.howardforums.com/archive/topic/567702-1.html
  11. Actually Class 1 has a range of around 100m (300 feet) and Class 2 is around 10m (30 feet). Obviously for something like this there is no need for the increased range of a Class 1 device as you will not typically be over 30 feet from your phone when using this headset.
  12. Standard Shipping Charges Total Order Amount Standard Shipping Charge Up to $15.00 $5.99 $15.01 to $25.00 $6.99 $25.01 to $35.00 $7.99 $5.99 shipping isn't that bad for one of these.
  13. The rebate links you will have to copy and paste because the redirect somehow cuts part of them off. Or just get them from the BB site on the product page. Very nice deal.
  14. Buy.com is also a good place to get the labels. Most qualify for free shipping if you order $25 worth, but if you are ordering the printer with them you'll get free shipping either way: http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10059368 - regular return address http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10233175 - internet postage (stamps.com. etc...) http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10001545 - regular fullsize shipping labels Many more - just search for dymo labels
  15. Manufacturer info: http://global.dymo.com/enUS/Products/LabelWriter_330.html
  16. I think I still have 100 free pics from the McDonalds promotion as well. I think shipping is free on those as well. I should use those...
  17. yep. very hot deal. you no longer get the free personal label printer with it, but the price drop more than makes up for that. direct link: http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10277276 this is one of those things where you don't realize how much you could use it until you get it. a must have for heavy ebay sellers
  18. The Daily Deal Update will be combined with the user login system, so when you are logged in, you'll be logged into the forum, the main site (with your preferences loaded) and you'll be able to modify your e-mail subscription(s).
  19. From the reviews on Amazon, it doesn't look like many people are having problems, so you could probably get away with not having warranty as it looks like you will not need it most likely.
  20. I would have no problem buying from eBay as long as the seller has near-perfect feedback and has sold similar items in the past (and received positive feedback). You might not need a receipt for the warranty. As long as it's new you can register it and then your year starts from then.
  21. We've had a few spammers in the last week. You can help us out when you see one by clicking the little red flag under their username to the left of their message. That will e-mail us letting us know so we can take care of it as soon as possible. We are also going to be installing some add-ons for vBulletin that should cut down on the amount of spam, but as you probably know, spammers are persistent if anything else, so please use the red flag when you see one.
  22. Can you clarify the first suggestion more? We already have the Daily Deal Update that e-mails the titles and links for all deals posted in the last 24 hours. How would you want us to change that? As for the deal rating system, we're considering that. If we do decide to do it, we'll probably restrict it to logged in users only so our competitors don't decide to anonymously mark every deal as cold. And yes, we have a few jealous ones that would waste their time doing such a thing.
  23. New coupon coming Monday: Save $300 on any Dimension Desktop purchase of $999 or more. Coupon expires 5/5/05 at 5:59 am CT or after 5000 uses, whichever comes first.
  24. For those who missed out, this deal is back: For a limited time, take an extra 25% off all refurbished Dell Axim handhelds with the following coupon code! Only 300 handhelds available for purchase with this coupon. Online only. Coupon Code: TCXBVR4GX$D7F0
  25. I think Dell is pretty much done with their really good deals for the quarter. They have a few laptop coupons that are good for another week, so I don't see them releasing any great coupons anytime soon. They spoliled us the last 2 weeks, and now we'll have to wait for something comparable.
