Threads posted in Online Deals by GottaDeal (and now by me) that are posted to the main site have the thread automatically created, so you don't need to report them. Occasionally a deal will be posted on the main site which has been posted on the forum already, so in that case there will be two threads.

As with all the ads we'll be posting (but especially with this one based on prior experience), there is a chance that they could be taken down at a moment's notice, so if you want to add items to your shopping list, I'd advise that you do it as soon as possible. Even if the items are removed from the site, they'll be saved in your shopping list until the items can be posted again :)
