Yeah I got an email from BB asking me to take down the extra pages but that's not happening anytime soon. I replaced the early part of the ad scans on the BF site with the actual newspaper style ad which is now pages 1-20 and the new stuff is 21-42. PDF is still the old style.

That softness and higher quality shirt cost me ~$2 more per shirt, so hopefully everyone will think it was worth it

I bought this one a few months ago: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UUQD9L6 Definitely not the cheapest or most expensive, but for $70 it does a very good job.

Yeah no store is going to have 100% of the ad items online, and there is no way to know for sure which items will be online. Even items that say in the ad "also online" have not been available in the past. Plans change. We'll have our tracker up and running next week with the schedule and lists of items that are available for all the major stores. Nope, not ALL. From their press release: "For the first time ever, the majority of Walmart’s Black Friday deals will be available on Walmart.com"
