If you want some more speed, there are plenty of socket 754 athlon64 options out there. Whichever you choose, get something with a passively cooled chipset. Regardless of the cpu you choose, there are plenty of quiet coolers out there. The PSU of this case is not the quietest, so you will get some noise from that.
