triplej2002
I didn't know if anyone would be interested in this, but my son and I made these to give out to family members Christmas Eve. You use hot glue to adhere all the pieces together. The chocolates in front of Santa are supposed to be gifts, but we couldn't find any candy wrapped up like presents, so we had to go with what is on it. These are very simple, quick, and fairly cheap. I would love to see pics if anyone else decides to make any. :)http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z303/triplej2002/christmastree037.jpg

AndreaInNC
I've done candy race cars before that are super kewl and super easy - but never the sleighs. I know that you can get the small candies that look like presents ... well you used to be able to get them. They are like candy corn.

They are adorable! I see 3 marshmallows, pretzel sticks, and a reeses pb cup. What else did you use & how did you get them to stay together? TIA! And does anybody know why my pictures are messed up? What am I doing wrong? Or is it just me that can't view them?

Or is it just me that can't view them?the two bottom layers are powdered donuts and the head is a marshmellow. The nose is choc. covered sunflower seeds, the eyes, mouth and buttons are black gel, and the hat is a rpb cup. I put a toothpick through the top and then another one through the side. If you wanted I bet you could put some icing on each layer to get them to stick. The arms are pretzels. I sprinkled powdered sugar over them to look like it was snowing and then threw some candy around them. HTH
