A year is a long time. $15 could be their regular price by then. Threaten to move to RoadRunner and they'll probably offer you another great rate. I switched to $ old 19.95 only two months ago from $26.95 but they switched me to the new 14.95 plan with a new 1-year contract starting next month. Great! I think they are currently paying $14 / month for dial-up, and they keep watching for RoadRunner to be available in their area ever since they used it at my house. Proceed with ordering and a SBC service representative will contact you to validate your account information before processing your order." So I don't know if that means there is no service in that area, or if it means that he simply doesn't use SBC for his phone sevice or something like that.
