I don't know if this applies but rule 4 in the rules states this:
Any points remaining in a enrolle's account which has remained inactive for a period of 90 days or more will be forfeited without compensation. Failure to either credit or redeem points from account constitutes inactivity for purposes of this condition.
this is true. I normally will get an email from coke rewards warning me that I will lose my points if I don't enter more by a certain date and then it tells me and reminds me of rule 4.
