ejpoeta Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 we have magic jack. and it works great for what it is. a word of caution. We had the usb thing break off the main unit. And it was less then a year, and they wouldn't replace it. The response was the we broke it. Customer service sucks. Having said that, my husband ordered a new one (which we paid for again) and he got an adapter to plug it in without having all that weight from the welds trying to hold up the main unit. Just a usb cord so that you can set it on something instead of having all that weight on the welds. works fine other than that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
