There has to be some market for this? I was thinking about starting something like this and maybe offer hosting along + other services with it; everything but web design because I have no creativity (damn public schools). What would you think is a reasonable rate for things like this? I was thinking about $15 a page or so and maybe $10 to install a forum or something. Not like I need the money, just something to keep me occupied =)

What do you mean when you say scripting...? Custom dev jobs, or simply app installs...?

$15/page seems pretty cheap for a custom job.

Develop a nice looking portfolio first by offering your services for free. Once you have built a nice portfolio, you can begin advertising it. Without a portfolio of some sort, people will be wary of your skillset. :)

People looking for designers/programmers are always going to look for a nice portfolio like AgaBoogaBoo stated in their post. If you have nothing to prove you can do nice work, why would they pick you over another company with major clients?
