Conscript
As far as I know if you drop your laptop they will not cover it if there is any signs of physical damage. If you drop it and it doesn't work but you can't tell you dropped it then you might be safe.
Guest DigDoug
I am having problems with my new laptop... well sorta. One of the main reasons I wanted the laptop was so that I could be on the first floor in the living room and surf the internet, chat, etc. I have a wireless Linksys router given to me by work. (We are allowed to work from home when/if we want). I can't get my new laptop to work well on this router.... the signal strength is always weak. Any ideas or suggestions? The wirelesss card I am using on the laptop is D-Link. Thanks much folks!
RossMAN
Keith, I would check the Linksys web sites for software or firmware updates.
