Metallica_Band Posted November 27, 2004 Share Posted November 27, 2004 Hey there...I have 2 things I bought from WalMart...now I just noticed that it says "Only one bonus submission is accepted per family, household or address for Walgreens 6 Hour Sale."...Luckily I bought each one at different Walgreens and I used cash for each so there's nothing to track back to me...I'll have to use my sister to fill out one of them for the different address... OK...so there is something that looks like this:Check↨ Gift Card↨ Gift Card Reload↨6 / 0 / __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/__/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ __/ Now can someone explain to me wtf this means??? How do I fill out this rebate form??? There's also a "6 Hour Bonus Total Bonus Earnings Sheet" that has offer number and name of product and rebate total and Qty....they're all filled out...but there an Earnings column and I don't know wtf that is either...anyone care to help me out here???THANXC'YA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If the last one (GC Reload), you fill in your GC #, which starts with "60......" I chose "Check" and just sent them my receipt with the form. There's no mentioning of anything else needed. jaycebee Posted November 30, 2004 Share Posted November 30, 2004 I'm not sure if the 6-hour sale is the same as the monthly rebates but... if you pick the gift card option box they give you a 10% bonus. They will send a gift card in the mail with that amount, then every month you can fill in your card # in that spot and you get the rebate alot faster. If you buy things there often its a good option or just choose check in the mail if you don't. They have alot of free after rebate items monthly so I do the GC thing. Thanx for the help guys... BTW...do you know how quickly Walmart and OfficeMax rebates get back to you??? They don't take a real long time to send them out do they???
