I love the post from alimfp about which store you are going to first, I figure this group is a good sample of the population so if alot of people put Office Max (which is where I want to go) I know I should go out even earlier than usual. It gets confusing to read through the long posts though so I thought we should give the poll feature a try (never used it before so hope it works) Just click on the radio button above for the store you're going to first......Let's all vote so we can plot our BF routes!!

(You may have to add a post periodically 'cause it appears a vote alone won't bump it back to the top of the viewed forums list)

Meijer for me. I can get all my shopping done there before I go get in line at Walmart. :)

If I decide to go (they are predicting 5 inches snow thanksgiving night here) then that's what I'll do too!

I want the $7.99 DVD+R media discs for burning movies! I just burned 5 and only have a couple of discs left. Hope there is no 1 limit. I will definately want at least 3 or 4. Also they have 10% off all ink for my printer. Printing off covers for all my movies takes a lot! Only get 25 covers per ink cartridge!

I originaly voted Staples, but I may have to hit Best Buy first and pick up the 160GB hard drive for $30 (AR) and some DVD media for $3 (AR). Staples is right next door so I might have my son stand in line over there. Fry's is just a block away, but since their ads are local (rather than regional) I will probably have to wait until Thursday to see their ad.

I looked at the scans of the Best Buy ad but I didn't see the Apex 27" TV for $89.99. They did have a 20" TV for $68.99.

I always go to Joanns first, since they'll be having lots of fabric on sale. They always have flannel for $1/yard, which is pretty cheap (it's pretty cheap quality too, but I don't use it in things that are really going to matter). Plus, their notions will be 50% off and I usually save up any of those purchases until now. I also have several coupons that I can use, since my mom and all of her friends get the flyer but none of them actually sew.

For me, the biggest fun is standing in line waiting to get fabric cut and chatting with the other people, finding out what they're going to make with their bargains. We'll trade bolts when we're done, so that everyone gets what they need (unless someone is feeling greedy and buys the whole thing!).
