What kind of "Rewards" programs do you use to save up for some extra Xmas shopping? I'm using Ibotta and do the daily Microsoft Rewards to cash in for Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, etc credit. Any other worthy "free money" programs out there?

I've been a member of mypoints.com for years and have been saving my points and cashing in for Amazon gift cards.

Swagbucks, left over change in a jar, Christmas fund, etc. It has been interesting as of late as I have been doing most of my shopping on line and the rewards have not really added up the way I thought they might. I think some companies limited the reward as there was limited foot traffic in the stores.

Honestly I gave up on doing anything besides my credit card 2% cash back rewards, unless you count saving up lego VIP points. I tried doing swag bucks but I just couldn’t stick with it enough to make it worth my while, though I have some friends who swear by it.

I save up ibotta, fetch, change in my bank and cc rewards. Didn't use much last year, so got a head start for this year. If anyone isn't familiar with fetch, you scan ANY receipt and earn points towards gift cards. If you want to join, feel free to use my referral code RA4HJ
Thanks

Swagbucks. I also buy gift cards throughout the year (especially when I can get points on swagbucks) for stores I will generally be shopping at.

When the pandemic hit they added gas stations and restaurants so you get points for just about everything. Then they have various bonuses, etc. For groceries you can also get bonuses for various pop up brands, but no selecting before shopping, etc. You can also get bonus points for using my referral code RA4HJ to join fetch.

Fetch even does some online receipts like amazon and a bunch others if you have the right email provider.

I recently signed up and received the offer for $200 off of a 500 dollar purchase within the first 3 months of account opening and opted for a statement credit. I have 0.0% intro APR on purchases for 15 months and 1.5% cash back on all purchases. Nothing like having the money to spend (pay off the card) and getting money back on the purchase. Buying it at best buy should garner points as well.

My bank use to do this years ago but stopped. I use to get about 200 in gift cards every year.

Do you mean Christmas shopping? I wonder how many people shop The Black Friday season for the deals first, especially now that it is so spread out. It would make a good poll to see how many rely on the deals for the holiday season as well.

I definitely rely on the deals especially for big ticket items, otherwise I would have to pass on them.
