In the past 5 years or so it seems like the ads were being leaked/released before the end of October. Here we are just 2 weeks away from Black Friday and the majority of ads are nowhere to be seen. We had Sam's Club, Home Depot, Best Buy, Macy's and Walmart's first 2 ads in October when we normally have the likes of Harbor Freight, Ace Hardware and Half Price Books. Yes, there are some lower-level stores that haven't released their ads but keep in mind that this year is very different and the stores want to expand BF into a much larger period this year, so they are less likely to release a BF ad weeks ahead of time because it might take sales away from the sales they are having now. Almost dont know what to do with the extra time and extra sleep since I do not have to get up and check at 1am to see if it has been posted yet. Ravenmaniac Posted November 11, 2020 Share Posted November 11, 2020 Heavier restrictions being put in most states for Covid, I think the ones on Black Friday itself will be like a normal holiday weekend sale at best.
