I believe they are usually $7.99 ($8.99??) On black Friday. Plus there will be $15 KC on that day.
But. If there is a design you really love and want to be sure you get it, $9.99 is still a very good price. They do sell out.

I've seen both happen. I've seen a blanket in the fall sell out and not teturn, and I've also seen ones sell out during the Thanksgiving sale be restocked. It really depends if it is a fall or winter product I guess. If it's fairly new to the site then it probably will come back. If it's been around for several weeks already, it may not. I realize not many people stalk the Kohl's throws like I do, so you may not know how new it is. But definitely keep checking. Or maybe check some close by stores.

I went ahead and subscribed to text messages and got the 15% off code, dropped to $8.49 a piece and got all the designs I wanted... I still may end up getting more BF week, but I still think this was a good sale...
