Kohl’s replacing Yes2You with new rewards system

They are testing it in a few locations this year and it’s supposed to roll out nationwide next year.

Basically instead of points you’ll get an additional 10% (Kohl’s Charge cardholders) or 5% (non-cardholders) back in Kohl’s Cash on every purchase, on top of any existing Kohl’s Cash offers.

So during BF week for example when they have $15 in KC for every $50 spent, it would be the equivalent of $20 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 spent for cardholders.

I’m also in the pilot program area. The first downside I’ve run across is that the rewards points money was valid for an entire month. Now that it’s kohls cash it’s only valid for 1 week which I like less.

Heard that if you spend $600+ in a year on your Kohl's Charge (currently that gets you MVC status - it'll be called something else under the new program), this new program will give you free shipping with no minimum at any time - no more having to wait for the free shipping codes during 30% off sales. Those who spend $600+ will also get early access to Black Friday sales as well.
