This is a great concept. The return lines in Walmart are ridiculous at times. Hopefully this will free this up tremendously.

I've tried their new unmanned kiosk for picking up site to store purchases, and it did not go smoothly.  I'd be a little skeptical of this. Hopefully it works well, though.

Interesting.  The lines here are horrible.  Of course, things would be better if the money order and bill pay business had its own area.  I nearly always end up in a line behind someone paying bills or buying multiple money orders.  I'm glad Walmart provides these services for the people that need them but keep the returns area and that area separate and I wouldn't mind standing in a line for returns only.

Let’s see how well this goes. The kiosk for store pick up hardly ever works at my local Walmart lol

this sounds like a good idea. The return lines now ARE ridiculous and take way too long.

Looking forward to this. I always have problems at my Walmart when returning .com purchases. They get it done, but it's never a smooth process.

I agree that the money gram line needs to be separate from the return line.
It is ridiculous to have customers wait 30 min behind someone sending money. It just is not efficient.
I love this return system idea. Maybe it will speed up the process.

Sounds good in theory.  Hope it goes well in reality.  I've gone to the kiosk for site to store purchases a couple of times and it was easy and quick. It was only for one item at a time though, so larger orders may be different.

If I have Walmart returns I wait a week and never have to wait in line.
