I'll be trying to snag online deals for Kohl's for the first time this  year.  Any advice on when I should start logging on to see if the sales are on yet would be appreciated!  (i.e. what time do they usually start offering the deals on line?)  Thank you!

I will start checking our online sale tracker around 7pm EST and from there on, Our group of helpers have been told to check this ad constantly tonight until we can say everything that will be online is for sale online.

Just watch the online tracker for Kohls that is your best bet, if you see a items show up then you know the sale has gone live

Usually Kohl's flips a switch and everything goes at once. Technically, they advertise 12:00am CST.  It may be at 11pm CST (maybe earlier, but not likely; I think one year was slightly before midnight), may be at 12:01 CST, or...... sometimes waits until 3am to finally go live.

Have your shopping list ready and know what you want.

Keep each item open on a separate window in your browser.

When they finally show up at the sale price, add them all to your cart.

Apply Coupon Codes (if they don't automatically from your wallet).

Pick your form of payment and complete the order.

So should those of us on the east coast set our alarms for 11 to be safe or is the likelihood of them going live before 12 eastern pretty slim?

I got everything except one doorbuster online the Monday or Tuesday before last year.

I just went and checked out our helpers site for our archives of when we posted that sales were starting it looks like the past few years, the Kohl's sale started right around 11pm EST dont quote me on that is when it will start tonight, but around then is a good shot, as i said earlier we will start checking this ad early if you see things start showing up in the track then its a good bet everything that will be on sale online will be on sale.

I'd definitely be up at 11pm ET!  There's a good chance it goes live right around that time. But don't be surprised if it's a few minutes earlier or later, and there's the possibility they could have issues with the site and be delayed a few hours (I doubt this will happen as I remember this only happened the first year they did this Sunday night online thing, so they should have the kinks worked out).

Edit: Oh, geez....wrong way on the time zone.  NO... Not until 1am ET.  I doubt it'll have much chance to go live before that; and if so, just a few minutes.

Sorry!!!  See my edit above.  I shifted my time zones the wrong way. It won't be (well, that's not a guaratneed, but 99.99%) live by 11pm ET. Your best bet for an alarm (if you want to set one) would be 1:00 am ET. It's likely you'll be able to get 95%, if not 100% of things if you just get up an extra hour early on Monday morning before work. But some people like to be first; in that case 1:00am is your bet.

Does anyone know if they are going to allow in store pick up as an option on the door busters? From reading the archives they did last year but it sounded like it caused some in store stock issues on the Thursday when the sale went live in stores. Just curious because I'd prefer that as I won't have enough to get the free shipping minimum.

You could always buy something else to get FS and then return that item later on.

I won't get to start building my cart until the kids go to bed in a few hours. Then I'll start working the numbers for both the 20% off & 15% coupons to get me right at a $50 increment for KC.

The only difference between the two iHomes is that one is white; the other is probably stainless. I'd bet they will both be on the 79.99 deal since they both originate at the same price and are currently at the same sale price.

Alright! I'm ready to go. Everything on my list is still in stock so we shall see what happens when the switch is flipped. Gonna try to get a few hours sleep before the presumed start time. Work starts for me tomorrow at 6 AM CST.

Do you think the FitBits will be at bf pricing tonight? If I remember correctly, last year their whole sale wasn't actually online early. Some items didn't go live until Thursday...

i dont see any mention in our helpers area about deals going live on Thursday, we usually make a note if something new pops up and there is no notes at all for Kohl's last year other than the first night the sale started, now the year before we did have several items that were added as the week went

My friend wanted one of the game systems last year and it wasn't online early at the bf price. She stayed up all night to get it and the price never changed. She wasn't very happy
