We went to Kmart for the giveaways and have been going every year since. Even if my mom or i didn't have enough money to buy alot we still went for the tradition. Well my mom passed last November 21st. I didn't want to go out shopping but I felt her telling me I had to go. So I took my girls. Unfortunately his work schedule has prevented him from going many years. Now that the sales start on Thursday evening we are often able to go together. Our family dinner is always at 1:30PM (just the way his family does things) so we have plenty of time between that and going out if we choose.
