I am new to BB Black Friday this year but would like to maybe get the Sony Blu Ray player, the Skylanders Trap Team, and Disney Infonity Marvel Superheroes. Thanks for the info!They are releasing 6 more on 11-16-11-19, and then 6 more on 11-20-11-23. The only thing I see is the iPad mini 3 with $75.00 off that I will be ordering and that is for my aunt. If this is what they are doing for elite shoppers it will be a disappointment to me. They usually have a sale on the Monday before thanksgiving that includes pretty much all of the sale. It was a cost savings that they felt could be pushed on to the consumer with a few clever trips and snares masked in a program overhaul where the brass ring was moved higher by $1000. We have also seen cost savings in the form of outdated 60 Hz televisions and items in the ad designed to keep you running through the store longer. I would be surprised if they came out with any surprise items. Most rumors in the last 5 years have not panned out. Only time will tell if the early access will benefit those who spent the extra grand, or if the program finally folds under the weight of consumer disappointment. Here is what a bestbuy specialist had to say about it on the bestbuy forum: We will still have the Black Friday Early Access event on BestBuy.com that we have had the past couple of years. The Black Friday Early Deals that are available 11/12 - 11/15, 11/16 - 11/19, and 11/20 -11/23 are in addition to the usual event the Monday prior to Black Friday. It is a way for our Elite Plus and Elite members to take advantage of some of the Black Friday deals before the Early Access event. They usually would have said something by now as well as given a time. but its just a tactic to wait it out and see what "other" stores (ie...Walmart) will offer. It might not be right at 12 AM, but within an hour or so afterwards. Another update: You should be able to view the Early Access deals around 12 AM central and then the deals should start to go live as the morning progresses.
