And you could always try to return the MP3 player and just rebuy to get the gift card. I have returned anything in a BestBuy so I know nothing about their return policy. I bought the $39.99 Sandisk on BF and then a 1GB Sandisk the other day for $80. Neither were part of the new promotion, but I had every intention of getting that gift card if they had been. I have bought products before (not on bf, cellphone to be specific) and they had a free gift card offer a week or two latter, and they gave it to me.
