I ask because I won't be able to be there at their 8pm opening on Thanksgiving. I probably won't be able to get there till 11pm. I am unsure how picked over things will be by then. NTBoard Posted November 15, 2013 Share Posted November 15, 2013 I refresh our wardrobes at JcPenney every Black Friday. I've done pretty well picking up everything I'm always looking for. Now, it does appear things like the Levi's go fast. And, some of the Juniors items like skinny jeans. I don't shop for those though so I suppose it depends on what you want. JcPenny has some good deals and I can use my JCP card (Get coupons later for spending so much).
