I ended up just laying down and after about 45 minutes it stopped beeping...but I haven't touched it since. Do you think it was a freak thing or is there something seriously wrong with it? You have not had it long so should still be under the Holiday return/exchange policy. I would check into it. I always worry with electronics that there is could be a bad one sometimes. Did you purchase and extended warranty. I plan on purchasing Square Trade warranties for both tablets I purchased. Just waiting for Xmas so that I can get serial #s to activate with Square Trade.
