I am looking into Centurylink (was Qwest) pure broadband....I am having trouble with the rep about if there are other cost besides the $41.99 price per month. My phone bill has about $11 in federal access fees and then all the other ones like 911, other fees/taxes, it says for local phone service. Does that mean there shouldn't be taxes/fees for dryloop (pure broadband) no phone service just DSL?
