Santa purchased a set of laser tag guns, but one gun is defective. I'd love to return them for a replacement (and/or a different set) but the box was mutilated by my son when opening it. I think the box was mostly in good shape, but it wasn't perfect (we did have to use some tape). Because it was already broken when we got it, they didn't seem to mind. They sent a replacement quickly, and we didn't have to pay any shipping. I don't think you'll have any problems as their customer service is the best!
