I'm in Niagara Falls- I know your pain- with the high perdicted at 28 degrees we will be really layered! I'm thinking my jeans (POCKETS FOR $$) and my big think Gap fleece hoodie! JK But you would be suprised at how many people I have seen all dressed up like they are going to prom or a wedding....
