BobbyDouglas Posted October 11, 2005 Share Posted October 11, 2005 So at 6am my account seemed to be locked out, and then I requested it to be unlocked (by submitting the form), waited for 30 minutes, nothing came back. Went back to sleep, woke up again at 10:30 and still no e-mail. I went into the support chat, everyone I talked to was a COMPLETE IDIOT. I called the sales line, tried to order everything just to find out 20 minutes on hold resulted in not being able to place the order over the phone, then I explained my problem, and the response was "Sir, can you tell me your concern?" I said it one more time, and she replied with, "What is your concern sir?" I said, I have no concern, only a problem. "If you have a concern, I can address that for you." After that I'd rather not say my reply, as you wouldn't be able to read it, because it would like something like ^*^#^$ *^$*^ #(*$ & *^^$# after the forum removes all the offensive language. At 1PM I just created a new account, placed the order, and everything went through. I guess in the future, I know I can call 1800WWWDELL if I ever need someone to yell at.
