princessbsl45 Posted December 6, 2010 Share Posted December 6, 2010 My mother purchased the SonyCybershot W330 deal for my sister and I on Thanksgiving morning from Sams. She was charged, recieved a shipment notification with tracking number but FedEx says they never got a package from Sam's. When she called Sam's they said sorry, they must have ran out! I would think if they charged her for it then they should be obligated to provide what she paid for or something of equal or greater value. I hope she at least got a refund. They said they were going to take 5 days to look for the packages and if not found then they would cancel the order and refund the money. I made the suggestion that since we were under the impression on Black Friday that we already had cameras purchased we missed out the opportunity to buy a comparable deal elsewhere so I asked if they could just subsititute with a equal or better product and she said she would note it in the file so we will see in 5 days I guess! happyrat Posted December 7, 2010 Share Posted December 7, 2010 Just fyi officemax has the camera for $120 but does not have the case. Newegg.com has it for $129. You can prob get a case for $10 or less so tells Samsclub they lost your business and buy it somewhere else. Looks like Sams had it for $124 which does not seem like much of a deal to me.
