I made a purchase today at an online site. When the order confirmation page came up so did a pop up asking me to take a survey about my shopping experience today. It said I would have a chance to win 25.00. So, I said sure, why not. I Love the store. Why not let them know. It turns out, the company doing the customer satisfaction survey is BizRAte.com I know nothing about them. However, they do sound vaguely familiar. They also offered me an opportunity to become a member of their research panel. I had never heard of BizRate.com until today. I have no feedback to provide about them or their panel. If any one has any input please let us in on what you know.

Anytime I purchase something online I get the pop-up request to fill out a survey. My understanding is that Bizrate gets all sorts of customer feedback about all sorts of online stores and then rates each store based on that feedback. I've never heard of anyone who won, but I do think giving feedback on customer service issues is a good thing for other consumers. And each survey takes almost no time at all....
