You can play unlimited times, but can only win one prize a month.

HOW TO PLAY: Go to mikeandike.com and follow the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game. This is an ongoing monthly promotion that will continue until termination by Sponsor. Sponsor will give 30 days notice of the termination date. You may play as often as you like, however, limit one prize per email address during any monthly promotion period. Each promotion period begins on the first day of each month at 12:01 AM (ET) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 PM (ET).

INSTANT WIN PRIZES: (500) Prizes will be awarded each month of the promotion period.
