decided to go with a Dell for my HTPC since i can never get my homebuilt rigs as quiet as these. i would realy like a 750 of of 1499+ or a 30-40%. whats the best deadl you've seen on these?

Good choice on going with a Dell. Our Dimension 4100, 4550, 4600 and 400SC are all very quiet and good workhorses.
There was a nice 30-40% off Dell Dimension coupon but as you're already aware that expired last week. Since Dell's end of quarter is still 2 weeks away it's still possible a similiar deal will come along, or maybe some better. Remember "you snooze, you lose". |

ya i wish i had the cash on hand to do the 8400 with TWO 2001FP 20" LCDs for around $1400 deal. i could have sold them off and kept the 8400 and probably came close to breaking even.
edit- just signed up for the dell preferred finaanceing. limit was only 1,500 and an APR of 28.4% ouch won't be useing that. Last edited by bockchow; 10-19-2004 at 10:18 PM. |
