You can only enter once every 6 weeks... And you need a receipt from TB - it asks for store#, time, date and amount purchase. I'm assuming these will be used in verifying the winner's eligibility. If you look at the winner's page, the latest winners haven't been verified yet.

Waste of time for me. Receipt gives Store # that Survey does not recognize. What a "class" organization.

ive done these surveys many many times...never won..ive done taco bell and kfc, i like burger kings because you get free food for doing their surveys.

yep these are found on the receipts of most food chains, even sit down restaurants like olive garden and applebees, everyone is doing them now.
