Wow, I can't believe Walmart did a rollback on this horse. What a difference in price. My DS4 saw this in Toys R Us and liked the display of it, but I wasn't sure how much use he would get out of it because he is taller than most 4y/o. It is a cute toy. You may want to pick it up at Walmart, and if you see it any cheaper you can just return it. Good Luck

It is on wheels and some reviews said it did not work well on carpet. Best used on wood or outside.
