I really need a treadmill. I'd like a decent one, long and wide enough. I want to stay under $1,000 but under $500 would be better.

Anyone have one? Do you like it? Where did you get it?

Anyone know where to find one on sale?

try sears or your local sporting goods store. i think my parents got theirs at sportmart, and it was definitely under $1000, maybe even closer to $500

Watch the sales at Sporting Good stores. They should have a bunch for "New Year's Eve Resolution time." Sears has exercise stuff on sale soon too.

I just bought one at Costco on Thursday. It's a Nordictrack C1500 for $799 in-store. It was rated as a best buy for treadmills under $1000 on treadmilldoctor.com.
