I won Pace once and as soon as it said Winner, it went to a Timeout Error page. I tried to go back and it went to the logon screen, I tried to refresh and kept getting the Timeout Error message. I emailed Pace and nothing. I can't find a phone number for them either.

Has anyone had a problem redeeming the Pace coupons lately? I just got back from the grocery store and when I was cashing out, I had tried to get another jar of Pace with my winning coupon. Well, the cashier told me that those are fake. I was like "WHAT?" I just redeemed one two weeks and go with no problem and this was like the 5th one I have used. She said that there are fake websites and the coupons are no good. I dug through my bags in my cart and removed the jar and told her I didn't want it then. I even showed her the lid on the jar that shows the contest and she said, "well there are fake websites putting out coupons that are fake". So she wouldn't accept it. Needless to say I did not get the jar of Pace. And if the stores are going to refuse them, I'm not playing the game anymore. It's a waste of time. I think the manufacturers should honestly mail the "winning" coupons rather than making us print them so there is no question at the grocery store. I still have 2 jars of Pace so I'm not worried.

I have had the best sucess redeeming these at Target. The small specialty types are 2.84 a jar. The cashiers give the full $4 off - this has worked for me at 3 different Targets. I would be happy to take the value of the product only, but I leave them to figure out how to enter it in the register.

if they dont let you use the coupons then ask for a superviser at the store these coupons are from smart source a large coupon company and should be accepted at all wallmarts,hyvees,targets,fairways and have had no problems

Anyone have the phone number to Pace? I couldn't print my coupon, emailed them and got no response back. The only way to contact them through their website is to email them. I see no phone number.

Sorry, I don't have a phone number. I know that when I emailed them about a coupon that wouldn't print, they told me that since I had already been sent one coupon, that was my limit and they would not mail another one no matter if I won again or not. So if they don't print for me, I lose out. And since my usual grocery store won't accept them anymore, I lose out anyway unless I can find another store that will take them.

I just got an email from them and it says this:

My printer isn't working right now so every time I won I would just email them and they would send me coupons through the mail. They never said they wouldn't send them more than once. I think I had them mailed to me about 3 times. Bella, I would email them the next time you win and tell them you printer isn't working and see what happens.

What fake pace now? why oh why do people do this so honest people have a hard time redeeming a win.

I havent had a problem redeeming mine, dont have anymore since they started mailing them out. I just hope we get all we won since they wont mail any out from emailing them if you get an error if they already sent you some, I too got the same response from them as Bella got.

they are still being printed as i have won 2 this week if you are haveing problems redeeming them ask your store if they have quit takeing smart sourcecoupons ask too see a superviser these are smart source coupons since this is where there are from and....if the store refuses to take them ask for a corprate number and report the store superviser....some stores will just take $4 off your grocery bill some only take the price of the jar of pace it varys store to store...also in order to get a coupon that didnt print you have to contact the promotion company not campbells.......campbells will send you coupons but they may not even cover the total cost of a jar of pace i have done it both ways and you can contact the promotion site and report your coupon didnt print..... the protion site name is in the rules i beleive and you can google that name of it and get their number:)

I honestly don't like how Meijer handled it. It would have been nice of them to attempt to check the coupon to see if it were legit rather than just saying NO they would not take it. The cashier did go an show it to the supervisor and the supervisor was the one who said they would not take it. So I guess if I continue to play the game and win and the coupon prints, then I will just find another store. I am sure there are still some out there who will take them.

i just came back from a local hyvee store empty handed after a asst. store manager told me in front of other customers that i was trying to use a fraudulant pace coupon. i informed the manager this was a smart source coupon and it was good now without even checking he said it was and when he called upstairs to inquire he was told they thought it was not...now i am getting pi**ed off coz hes calling me a liar basically. so when he found out he refused to take them anyways saying he was not comfortable with that , he also stated that because the experation date was diffrent and the amount said $4 they could not be "real" and i tried to explain to him this is a contest and the dates will vary because you win them on diffrent days but he just said...sir i am not takeing them i said thats fine please get your corprate number im sure someone would like to hear how you called me basically a liar if front of theres so we will see as i will call tomorrow and i think this guy may be in some trouble as how he handled this was not proper...just thought id like to share this and 1 other reason he stated too was that they have received 6,000 bad coupons since they have opened so he says but this same manager has taken these coupons before even though he swears he dont recall it......

So sorry that has happened. I hate using printed coupons but I do use them only from those coupon printing places, not from one people post. I know I use legit coupons and I dont like it when I am told they are fraudulent, its like being called a thief. So far I have been able to use all coupons I have tried lately, I have had to get approval once or twice, one time from a kraft coupon that had security stuff on it because there was a velvetta coupons that was fraudulent, but they finally took it. I was going to leave everything in my cart if they didnt and it was alot of food.

Make the call, let them know about the website with the contest and where it was printed from. They might not do anything but they need to know. Also email pace about store saying they are fraudulent coupons, they need to have a better way of issuing wins other than printing them.

That's basically what happened to me too. I was told right in front of everyone that these coupons were fake. Like as if to say I made them myself and was trying to rip the store off. I have shopped at that store since the first day they opened over 8 years ago. I would never try to rip them off. Although they have over charged me in the past and a few of my coupons have not been deducted from my orders. I check my receipt very closely when I am done. The stores really need to call and verify these coupons rather than calling the shoppers liars or thieves. They may not be doing that directly but it seems that way and who knows how other customers are thinking when they hear that your coupons are fakes. It can be embarrassing. I haven't won any more Pace coupons but if I do I'll try Target or another store. And I think maybe all of us need to contact Pace/Campbells and let them know that they are getting accused of offering fraudulent coupons and that stores are not accepting them.

i think anytime a manager treats a customer in that manner they should be reported to thier corprate headquarters...and if they do nothing to him,and get a formal apology then i will never shop their again...:)

just got a call from the store director of hyvee about the coupons (pace) and after what i told him i was told that the store owes me a huge apology and that the store asst. manager is going to get a talking too about how they treat customers...even if the coupon was a fraud the way it was handled was inproper....will update as more info comes in about these coupons

just got a call tonight from the store director telling me how very sorry he was for the way i was treated at his store by the asst. manager and said hes sending me a $25 gift card and and i can use pace coupons anytime in there store:)

My hubby got his 2 the other day but they weren't gift cards, they were checks. I thought that was strange. One said Taco Bell, the other said Mountain Dew. I thought they were supposed to be gift cards.

I got my Taco Bell check today - I had won it on May 14th. I'll just deposit it in the bank. So watch your mail - looks like a rebate check.
