I need to find a Barbie that looks like a collector - on sale. I missed the Heart Association one- for only $7.99 when I went to buy it on Amazon they had sold out at that price!! HMPH:( Any ideas?

close to a JC Penney outlet store? They usually have cheap collector Barbies every year.
