I'm looking to upgrade my husband from the old disposable razor to a cordless one. But there are so many and so variety of prices. Which ones are better and which ones are a piece of crap?

Just FYI...my husband still uses a disposable blade razor. He LOVES the Gillette Mach 3 razor that vibrates. It is battery operated and cheap. Blades are a bit pricey, but overall worth it!

I HATE electric razors. I also dont like razors with four blades because they rip my face apart. I like the Mach 3 but my favorite is the sensor excel with two blades. The thing is about ten year olds but I feel like I get the closest shave without irritation.

DH is Italian (aka - lotsa thick, curly hair LOL) and he has a Remington that he really loves. He tried a Norelco and hated it. I would warn you (for your husband) that it might take a while for him to get used to the switch - from disposable to electric razor. It took mine about a week or 2. He almost gave up on it; but after a short time, his face got used to it (I guess) and now he loves it! Good luck!
