I thought I had my Christmas shopping mostly done over the weekend. Now I find that the seller of the camera I ordered for my daughter is a bait and switch scam and that I'll need to look again. :blush:

Where can I find the best legitimate deal on the Canon Powershot G9? It seems to have all the features she needs. I could afford the $354 it was supposed to cost, but the cheapest I'm finding now from a dealer I trust after getting burned once is $425 from Amazon (still not bad, but over my budget).

Any hope that these might go on sale over the holidays? They have a rebate with printer purchase, but then I go even more over my budget. Plus I'd have to figure out which printer to order.

Any suggestions appreciated.
