I'm going to upload all of the songs for her from mine. So when the battery dies all of the songs are safe and won't be lost?

I have one that uses AAA bat. You just replace the battery when it runs out. You only need the computer to upload songs into your player. So you should be set.

No I used a different CC and a different email address. I'm now not sure if it was cancelled bc I've already used the card on a diff. email.. It now says something was wrong with the CC, address, phone number, etc.

Mine has not been canceled, but it has not shipped.

I am on the phone with buy.com. They charged my CC on Tuesday of last week and they never shipped it or anything? Now, they say it is out of stock and I will get it when it is back in stock. I never got notification that it was backordered or anything. This is my first order with buy.com and it may be my last.

Same thing happened to me I ordered it on sun 12/2, my cc was charged on mon. Tues it said it was in the warehouse, and nothing yet so i emailed them and the told me that its now on order and they do not have a time frame for shippment.

wow! I ordered it on 12/5. It was in the warehouse until 7 pm today when it shipped. I would definitely call them.

I ordered mine on 12-2. Money was taken out last week and up until today it has been "shipped to warehouse" then it was "on order"

So then I decided I didnt need it after all and since it was taken so long I decided to cancel my order. But all of a sudden I get an email saying it's been shipped. What a coincidence.

Has anyone actually gotten theirs? Mine says that it shipped via USPS on the 10th, but when you look at the tracking number they haven't gotten the package to them. I've emailed them about this twice and they just say here is your tracking number. The second time they said that if it didn't come by the 17th to email them. I did that... it really irks me that I cant call them and get this resolved. This is an important christmas present. If i had known on december 5th when i ordered that it wouldnt be here for christmas (20 days later) I would have gotten a different one from amazon or something. :gdangry3: So, this is the last time I ever order anything from them....

I didn't order this particular mp3 player but I ordered another kind a couple of weeks ago. It took quite some time to receive it (maybe a week and a half). My suggestion is to wait a couple more days. The length of shipping is enough to make me not want to shop with this company ever again.
