warning: I bot the Pooh one last year for DH Christmas. It was delayed yada yada until March. By APRIL 30 the personalization had all WORN off as tho it was put on with a marker. I called they hawed, they finally sent me another one-- which, amazingly, came in a week- (considering the first one took 4 mo) And the straw-stuff is all coming apart and gets all in the house and makes a mess.
I don't recall what I paid (not $49) but it really wasn't a great deal. For $12 , however, it looks good from the start if you're giving it as a gift... your friends will never tell you how horrible it wore.

Just placed my order and noticed that going back and forth between the cart and more shopping that they had taken off the extra 15%. And no matter what I tried I could only get the 30% OR 15%, but not together!! I knew I should have checked out right away when I saw both coupons had been applied!! I guess they caught that one.

For the watch I had personalized for my daughter it says:

I ordered a personalized watch the same day I made this thread and mine hasn't shipped yet. Some things can take 3-4 weeks when they are getting personalized.

I ordered two persoanlized shirts and a doormat. The shirts have been shipped but not the doormat. They only charged my account for the 2 shirts and will charge for the mat when it ships. However, I was extremely dissappointed with the quality of the embroidery on the shirts. It looked like they had somebody doing this out of their house on a cheap machine. The letters weren't finished properly and there was plastic sticking out all around what they embroidered. I wouldn't give these as gifts even if I got them for free. So I called to say that I would be returning these even though you aren't allowed to return personalized items because the quality was so poor. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and said that they would redo the shirts and send me two more. That is nice, but if this is what I got the first time, how much better can the new ones be?? So I am waiting to see my new shipment.

I am glad to hear that maybe I just got a bad order. I tried peeling the plastic off, but could only get about half of it off. And the actual embroidery of the character logo (a mickey and a high school musical logo) had stitches missing and looked off. I am now excited that this still maybe a gift that I can give.

Shocked is a good word. Especially when you are ordering an item directly from disney. I could have went to Wal-mart and got a better looking embroidered Mickey than the one I got.

Mine did end up shipping but what I'm worried about is I called them and asked them for a tracking number because they didn't give me one and they said that they couldn't give me one but if it wasn't here by tuesday the 11 to call them back and they would send me a replacement..lets just hope that it comes tues! I got my personalized doormat about a week or so ago. Its very nice but i have 1 problem.... I ordered it with a M on it since it was to be a gift for my SIL and her new man, who were to be married in December and SIL is a huge mickey fan. Now she has called off the wedding and I am stuck with a mickey mat and I cant even use it, lol.

You could still give it to her! The "M" can stand for Mickey! I got one for my mom with a "M" on it also because her first name is Merry and she too might get married in the near future. But I thought if anything the "M" could stand for Mickey and thats just what she will think it means! So I would still give it to your Mickey fan!:)
