FYI - I've heard that some stores won't take internet coupons for free items anymore, and I checked and it is in fact a coupon you can find on the juicyjuice.com website like divinity posted.

I went to Albertsons in Florida got 6 bottles of juicy juice they have them on sale right now buy one get one free. Saved $24.50. Great deal, going back today to stock up just check your dates on them. The coupon is good till 12/31/07

Where did you try it at? I have used it at Target, Krogers and today I did Wal-Mart..they took it with no questions. I use to have problems if my ink was getting low, the bar code would not print correct.

I've used them this weekend. They all scanned.

I went to Fred Myers and had no problems. My brother went to Target. Albertsons would not take it. They showed me the internet coupon policy no free items unless it is buy on get one, no coupon that does not have a bar code and no coupon over $5.00. The lady told me that if the cashier takes them they can be disciplined or fired. All cashiers have to sign a copy of the policy.

I think Nestle and Juicy Juice are suffering from "Coupon Regret" and are claiming "counterfeit" and "fraud" now just to get out from under it. Heck I have an email they sent me on the 29th telling me it is ligit. Then poof it isn't I call and get told that one per person will be honored (how can they tell if more than one was used) and stores will get thier money. Now on thier site is says they won't. This is MESSED UP, I'm hoping for that screen print. They don't pay the stores and I think contacting CNN is in order with the letters people got saying it was ligit and the screen shot of the juicy juice site showing the coupon and the cache on google showing the coupon. if you have seen the coupon and it is still in your cache you are probably still able to see it but the rest of us clicking on the link after the fact get a pdf saying it is counterfeit :-(

Yup and I am getting screen shots of it showing the coupon with the web address from people that can still see it in thier cache. If you still see the coupon please PM me. We can't let them cheat the stores like this. It was on thier site if it was a mistake they need to cover it. They pass the buck to the stores then the stores raise prices and it hurts US

I just called again and god the story keeps changing. It is rather amusing to hear them try to explain it. they didn't do it (ok were you hacked?) no not hacked it was originally on the site from 2006 for teachers and ended up in the background could only be found via seach. (ok so you DID put it up) no it wasn't an authorized coupon we put up (but you admit you put it on the site even if you didn't mean to) please hold (LMAO.) (ok I have a letter YOU sent me saying it was ligit) Well we thought you meant a diffrent coupon thats on our site. (will the stores get thier money) They will be reimbursed one coupon per customer (how will you tell if someone used more than one?) The stores have been told they will get the money for one per customer? ( so what happens to the rest the store has to eat it thus raise the cost of other items I buy all because of your mistake?) We are doing the right thing by the stores. People using the coupon after being told it is fraud can be procecuted. Stores have been told not to take anymore of these coupons. Customers can call and we will replace the free product coupons with real ones if they like.

They so don't know what to do. If they try to cheat the stores I plan to contact CNN. I will give them screen shots and the PDF of the coupon showing it on thier site. I will also ask them to look into why the smaller bottles of juicy juice (the ones you get with WIC) cost more than the large bottles since I believe juicy juice is cheating WIC. I'm sure between the 2 that CNN would find it an interesting story as long as nothing exciting is going on in the world lol

As far as using the coupons they claim stores have been notified. Others are reporting no trouble using them. I advise using your own discretion on that one

Use it at a self check out and have other stuff with it. It scans just fine.

As far as the coupon goes, I think its TOTALLY unfair that they taunted us (or mistakenly taunted us) with this coupon offer, especially considering low-income families like myself LIVE OFF OF COUPONS! I think they should just eat their mistake and let us use it! And even if they "prosecute" I doubt they could throw that person in jail over a $3 bottle of juice, if so WHAT is this world coming to?! Also, if whomever uses it however many times how much ever money they lost before the year's up they can claim as a product loss and get all of their greedy money back on their income taxes when they file the first of the year ..... :mad:

Every time we find a great deal someone abuses it.
I have only been buying 2 at a time. The same thing happened with Kmart battery deal & the Target 5 off 25 deal & babyfood deal. Calling them only makes things worse. Now for sure they will send out memo's to their distributers. I'm suprised this thread is even still here.

How do you know someone did this? 59 bottles in one trip...unreal!!!! Did it ever dawn on them it may put up a red flag, our store would never had taken them all.

Has anyone emailed them and if so what have they said back? I wonder if we all sent emails the same day telling them we got it from their site. And that we all are upset with their company for now telling lies about it (making all of us look like we are the ones telling lies) There is a lot of us and I do not think they want to lose all our business and that of our family and friends. I'm new to these forums but I wanted to post my thoughts on this. I printed out the individual coupon last week when I found it here. I was skeptical about the file with the multiple coupons but I printed it anyway. I wasn't sure if I'd use those or not because I felt it was dishonest to do that. I was able to use the individual coupon this morning at my local grocery store.

If you use a savings card when you shop the store is tracking your purchases. That's how they would know who's using more than one coupon. If the coupon says "one per customer" the only one who's cheating the store is the customer who's using the coupon fraudulently by using more than one.

I think the best way for companies to protect themselves against coupon abuse is to email coupons to individuals who are on a mailing list. Each coupon would have it's own code so it can't be transferred (i.e. posted online for anyone to use) or used more than once.

Sorry, I don't agree with all the hullabaloo that Nestle is ripping anyone off or cheating stores. They posted a FREE coupon. If you got your one free juice legitimately good for you. If you got more than one you were lucky. If you lost out on the deal because they pulled the coupon you can blame those who abused the offer.

I agree with everything except if nestle doesn't reimburse any store for any coupon like they are saying they are not going to. So if Nestle posts a coupon and doesn't reimburse the store (even for that one coupon per customer) then yes it will not look good for Nestle.

Well I used my other one yesterday and it worked fine at Target. The juice sucks "orange/mango" but it's free!

Go to Wayback machine (go to yahoo, type wayback machine, click on link) and enter the FULL url from the Juicy Juice offer.in the search button.

It shows that Nestle Posted this on Their OWN website in Nov 2006 and you can print the full url. Then, if you click on the link that comes up, it shows what the page was too.

If you cant see it, or don't get what I mean, you can email me and I'll send you a pdf or the links.

I took copies of everything, including screenshots in case Nestle discovers they are listed in Internet Archives.

OK I just saw on the beware of internet coupons post that they think we can use them...does anyone really know? I think mine are going in the trash.

Just got back from Wal-Mart and used two (2) with no problem.

What started all this was the PDF someone made of 6 coupons on 1 page and posted that online.

And I've used 12 of between Walmart, P&C and Price Chopper with no problems.

I use mine and shoprite no problem

As I understand from this reply, the coupon IS NOT counterfeit if it was printed directly from the website they "inadvertently" posted it on. It was ALTERED and was thus considered to be counterfeit. You may notice on the CIC website that the "counterfeit" coupon was altered to print several coupons per page. If you read the fine print on most coupons, they will say that reproducing, copying, or altering the coupon constitutes fraud.

Many of us have been discussing this in the "Beware Internet Coupons" thread, and we have all agreed that continuing to use this coupon will cause nothing but trouble! By using it, you will cause your local store to lose money. That is not fair to the store. Using a coupon that you KNOW the company CANNOT redeem is essentially the same as stealing. Furthermore, when companies lose money because of a situation like this, it makes them less likely to accept internet coupons. I want to make that point one more time. CONTINUING TO USE THIS COUPON (or other known "problem coupons") IS LIKELY TO CAUSE COMPANIES TO STOP ACCEPTING INTERNET COUPONS! A few free bottles of juice is not worth losing the privilege to use internet coupons in your favorite stores! Think about it!

I believe you missed the point entirely. My post was not in response to the people who used this coupon BEFORE they knew there was a problem. I was trying to get convince people continued to use the coupon AFTER they knew that it was considered a fraudulent coupon and Juicy Juice said that they would not reimburse the stores for the coupons TO STOP. My comment that it would cause the store to lose money had nothing to do with the price of the juice. I was referencing the fact that JJ was not going to reimburse the store for the coupons. My comment about using internet coupons causing their store to stop accepting them also applied to the people who were continuing to use this coupon after knowing that it was fraudulent. If you used this coupon before you knew there was a problem, you did nothing wrong. Those who saw the notice that the coupon was fraudulent and still sought a copy of the coupon to use were the target audience for my original post.

How about a "close" on this thread, mods? Looks like everyone has gotten their two cents in, and I think this whole issue can be put to rest now...

I'm fairly new here and I always read through a thread before jumping the gun to use a printable coupon or online code. That's how I find out if there's a glitch with a code or if it's a fraudulent coupon. It only takes me an extra five minutes to skim a thread and it avoids a headache in the long run.

I believe everyone in this thread agrees with you, pearls. We all feel that Nestle took the low-road. However, what was being discussed (beaten like a dead horse more like it...) was that Nestle was refusing to HONOR the coupons. Stores would lose money and become leary of "counterfeit" internet coupons.
