never recieved product that i ordered i ordered a vhs tape from them (paid by visa)

theyre shipping policy on theyre website says 2 to 3 business days standard. ?
they have no way of checking your order status online
mabey that money is shot!? who knows.

I have been shipping at graveyardmall.com for years. the customer service started out pretty miserable, but has been outstanding the past year / year and a half. some great bargains and perfect for gifts.

OK but be careful. lots of shoddy merchandise

Let the buyer beware!
Cheap stuff, poorly packed, arrived broken. Trying to resolve the issue has been frustrating. They said they would replace it, then they ran out so they would issue a refund. It is now 6 weeks and several reminder emails and I still haven't received a refund.

Be aware of this website - Not recommended
I've been shopping online for good at least 10 years and never had a problem with my credit card before. I bought several items from this website in one order. The items came as open box items - they weren't look brand new. I was suspicious as they do not take American Express. So I had to use my Mastercard which I hardly used. And guess what happened one month later? Somebody has fraud me on this credit card. All of the transactions were done in the state of Illinois, where Graveyardmall located. It seems like one of their employee has used/sold my credit card information. The fraud department of my credit card is still doing their investigation right now. It is too obvious as before the fraud, I only have one transaction done on the statement (the purchase with Graveyardmall.com of IL) and all of the sudden all of the fraud transaction came from state of IL as well.
