Anxious? Depressed? Sad or down? We need your help!



Research Participants Needed! (ages 18-65 years, unmedicated, right-handed)

The Stress and Depression Laboratory (Dr. Jackie Gollan, Director) is conducting a project to study the relations among social behavior and facial muscle activity, and brain activity. We seek individuals who have:

1) Depression or sad mood, and/or anxiety conditions
a. Depression
b. Panic Disorder with or without agoraphobia
c. Simple or social anxiety.
AND
2) Not taking medications for their depression or anxiety

We also seek individuals who do not have depression or anxiety. Compensation is $140 for two visits in addition to $10 each visit for transportation and lunch. Research will take place at the Northwestern University Asher Depression Center, Department of Psychiatry and the Center for Social Neuroscience at University of Chicago, Department of Psychology.
