So I called them. They said, oh it's on the shipping dock waiting to be picked up. Ok, so now it's 10/3 and I check order status and it still says partially shipped with the one item I ordered saying not shipped, but item will ship on 10/1 (hello, it's already 10/3) So I call again asking what the deal is because the item says ships within 24 hours and I ordered last Friday and now it's Wednesday. They say it ships off the shelf to the warehouse within 24 hours but not to me for 3 or 4 days. Then another 7 to 10 days in transit. I bet if I called again, I'd get a different story! ;)

I received my order within 3 days. I was amazed at how fast it arrived. I had a total of 2 boxes.

Same here---partially shipped..haven't called was going to see what is said tomorrow...they are pretty famous for pulling stunts like this. I had a issue with them on an order prior to this one. It took them almost 2-3 weeks to get it to me and then thats through "snail mail" USPS. They don't beleive in shipping UPS or FEDEX unless you want to shuck out more $$$$...why I don't know...they say that USPS is standard. I mean come on...true, these are Christmas items, but give us at least standard UPS.

I've got 3 orders with them all stated to have been partially shipped on the 1st :squint: I guess I can surmise, this being my first order, that shipping is going to take a while with this company. I'm just glad I ordered this stuff early- I would be irate if it were close to Christmas.

I placed an order on Sunday, 9/30 and got the email showing that my order was partially shipped on Monday, 10/1. Hadn't heard anything else until this morning when I received the email saying that my order had shipped so I tracked it...turns out that it's being delivered today.

I tried and tried to track my order, even tried to cancel it and couldn't...kept showing it was partially shipped/not shipped yet?? Anyways, it came today. I ordered it on the 26th.

If you used a GC and had to pay any overage check your CC/bank statements. I was only supposed to be charged $2.10 and they actually charged $28.07 to my CC. I have called 3 times and was given 3 different answers. I was finally told today that they will refund the difference so that I am only charged $2.10. They said that this could take 2 billing cycles to show up though :eyepoppin

It just depends. If they have it in stock, it ships immediately. If not, then,yes, slow is the word. I have some items I ordered last month that still haven't shipped. Other stuff comes within a few days. Just depends....

Why not just check the status on-line - if it shipped you should have a tracking number. A lot of on-line retailers have crappy phone and e-mail support.

I totally understand what people are getting upset about! I ordered on the 5th with the money being taken out of my account right then (yes it is now posted - they really have the money) but they still can't tell me if my order has shipped or how. All I am told is that I should have it by the 25th of the month, they have no way of tracking orders and won't even tell me how it is/will be shipped. This is crazy! I will never order from them again!

I payed through my paypal and it was just sitting there like Pending and showing partially shipped. <--that was the 1st of Oct.. Yesterday, the 11th, it was shown that the money was put back in my paypal and that it was still Pending. Just earlier I got an email saying it was shipped. So I check it out and it has been fully excepted and taken out of my Paypal. I checked Hasbro for Order status and it says Fully Shipped on the 11th. So I'm thinking it should get here tommorrow, maybe. But as long as it gets here before Dec., lol! Thats cool w/ me!!!

No where I saw that they where partially shipped was on there customer service site. I went there logged in and they had my order history. That is where is said partially shipped. I don't live in the boonies. I live in Texas, fifty miles south of Dallas. I finally called again to today. They offered to fed ex to me, then I would have to send back the other order, but they would have to charge me again. I already said they lost half my order, so there is no way to send it back (duh). I am not going to pay for them to send me another order that the warehouse will lose. I finally got them to refund 10% of the order and for no charge re-ship the first half the order. I have ordered from them before with out a problem. This may have burn me on using them again.

I have found that when I get orders that quickly it often means I live near the warehouse it is shipped from. I almost always get my Buy.com orders within 2 days.
