I am looking for a decent heart rate monitor that fits on your wrist for under 40 dollars. I have been looking and cannot find any. I dont mind if there is a mail in rebate or instant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purchase a Mio Sport Elite at eBay for about $50. Google "Mio heart rate monitor" and you'll find all models. These devices are strapless and are very accurate.

Target had some on clearance. I got a heart rate watch on sale for $25.74
the dcpi for it is 082021349 in case you want to check and see if there are anymore near you. I haven't tried it yet but it looks nice. they had a few styles on clearance when I got mine.
