My name is Erin Cantwell and I am a Clinical Psychology Graduate Student at CSPP-AIU. I am conducting research to learn more about the experience and impact of individuals living with chronic, recurring and/or intermittent pain that has lasted 6 months or longer and you may or may not have a diagnosis. Participation would take 15 minutes of answering 4 questionnaires and your identifying information will be kept confidential. Once I receive your completed questionnaires, you will be compensated in the amount of $10 for your time. You must be at least 20 years old to participate. The study entails you completing 4 questionnaires that take about 15 min and all the directions plus a self addressed stamped envelope would be included in the packet with all your identifying info being kept confidential as the letter will explain. Once I receive the completed packet, I will reimburse you in the amount of $10.00. Today I am reviewing all of my old survey and research studies that I did not ever get paid for. This is one of them. Did anyone get paid for this ? The packet info said that upon receipt of receiving the info that the check would be mailed....That was 3 months ago ?

I got mine about a month ago.
