UCSF Constipation Questionnaire Study



Do you suffer from severe constipation for which you have sought medical attention?

The University of California, San Francisco Center for Pelvic Physiology is conducting a study on constipation and related quality of life. The study involves filling out a one-time questionnaire, for which you will receive a $20 gift card to either Border’s or Starbucks Coffee.

If you do qualify, you will be mailed the packets and study consent form at no cost to you, and will receive payment upon completion of the packets.

when I called the lady sound a lil confused about why I was calling? but I did get questioned...but I didn't qualify:(

Got the questionairre in the mail yesterday. Sending it off today. I'm supposed to get the GC 2 weeks after returning the form. Will post when I do!
