I just got a frantic call from my husband to plan a vacation for the last week of April. He wants to be on a beach (in the states) or in Las Vegas. We have 2 sons 16 and 11. Been to Daytona before with kids and thought there was plenty to do within a short drive. Been to Vegas before sans kids, thought there was plenty to do there also.

I am looking for some trip planning advise from all you seasoned travelers.

I want to get the most bang for my buck obviously, hotel with a kitchen is good. Flights - where would it be least expenisve to fly into in Florida. I am renting a car, so light travel is expected.

Help - I need to book today!!
